During the refurbishment process we check that the battery still has at least 85% of its capacity. If so, the original battery is not replaced; otherwise it is replaced with a new one.

Once we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking code so you can follow the delivery: you can also find the tracking code for your refurbished iPhone or iPad in the ‘My account’ section when you are logged in.
