Doctor Phones is an online shop specialising in the sale of refurbished phones, tablets, laptops and other consumer electronics.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they:
- have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions;
- are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract;

3. Products and availability

7. Right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the customer has the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.
To exercise this right:
- Send a request by email to info@doctorphones.co.uk stating the order number.
- Return the product in its original condition (unused, complete and in the original packaging).
After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is made within 14 days.
8. Warranty and faulty products
All products sold are covered by our 12-month warranty, in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
