The benefits of refurbished products

Our refurbished iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches and AirPods have all passed their tests after being cleaned and restored.
In addition, you get a 1-year warranty when you buy a refurbished iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods or Mac.

Our refurbished iPhones and iPads undergo more than 45 functional tests to detect any imperfections or defects, in both their appearance and their internal components.
All our iPhones and iPads are covered by a one-year warranty against defects or malfunctions: the warranty covers only damage not caused by the user.

During the refurbishment process we check that the battery still has at least 85% of its capacity. If so, the original battery is not replaced; otherwise it is replaced with a new one.

Our refurbished iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches and AirPods are cheaper for you and for the environment.
In addition, thanks to our partnership with Treedom, you help plant a tree for every iPhone or iPad you buy.

Payments

For all our refurbished iPhones and iPads we use the most advanced security protocols, including HTTPS: if you look at the top left of your browser you will see a padlock showing that this website is secure. All transaction data is encrypted.

We accept the most common credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, as well as PayPal, the most widely used payment method on the internet.

Shipping and returns

All our refurbished iPhones and iPads are normally dispatched and delivered within 24/48 hours.

Once we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking code so you can follow the delivery: you can also find the tracking code for your refurbished iPhone or iPad in the ‘My account’ section when you are logged in.

Log in to your account, go to the ‘Orders’ section and you will find your tracking code with the carrier’s name.

Shipping is always free when you choose to pay by credit card or PayPal.

Yes, you can return an item by exercising your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it. If you exercise this right, the return costs are for your account.
